At Goldrush Jewels, we are committed to delivering finely crafted jewellery that balances elegance and affordability. While our products are not solid gold, each piece is carefully designed and layered with 24k real gold.

Our warranty policy is intended to offer long-term value and peace of mind — while maintaining fair expectations and flexibility.

1. Warranty Coverage

• All our jewellery pieces come with a lifetime warranty on buyback eligibility, subject to proper inspection and valid invoice.

• We do not offer free servicing (such as polishing, replating, or stone fixing) under warranty.

• Warranty does not cover wear and tear, fading due to usage, contact with water, perfumes, sweat, or chemicals.

2. Mandatory Invoice Requirement

To claim any warranty-related benefit — including buyback or replacement — you must provide the original purchase invoice issued by Goldrush Jewels.
We do not process claims without the bill, regardless of the condition of the jewellery.

3. Buyback Under Warranty

We offer a lifetime buyback of 50% of the original invoice value, under the following conditions:

• The jewellery must be in undamaged condition

• The original bill must be presented

• You must contact us first to verify eligibility and begin the process

• Final approval is subject to inspection by our team.
  Please note: buyback value is fixed at 50% of the billed price. We do not consider current gold market rates.

4. Warranty Limitations & Voids

The warranty may become void if:

• The product has been serviced, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Goldrush Jewels

• There is intentional damage, misuse, or breakage

• The original invoice is missing

All such situations will be evaluated individually. We may approve, decline, or offer partial value depending on the case. 

5. Handling & Care Guidelines

To maintain the look and durability of your jewellery:

• Use occasionally and avoid rough usage

• Keep away from perfumes, acids, water, and sweat

• Store in a dry, soft cloth or airtight pouch after use

• Do not clean with harsh chemicals
