Return and Refund Policy

At Goldrush Jewels, we put care into every step – from crafting your jewellery to packing and shipping it securely. While all orders are final and we do not offer returns by default, in rare situations, we may consider a refund or replacement – subject to review and on a case-by-case basis.

When a Refund or Replacement May Be Considered

We may consider your request under the following situations:

1. Product Received in Damaged Condition

If your jewellery arrives physically damaged, you must:

  • Record a full unboxing video from start to end, showing the unopened package and item condition

  • Send us the video within 24 hours of delivery.

Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to assess or process any refund or replacement.

If the damage is verified, we may offer a replacement of the same item or issue a partial/full refund – depending on the situation and stock availability.

2. Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear video and photos of the issue

  • Your order details (Order ID, phone number, etc.)

If verified, we may consider a resolution (replacement or refund) based on the severity of the defect.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dislike of the design after delivery

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • No video proof provided of the issue

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery

  • RTO (Return to Origin) due to incorrect address, failure to receive the order, or refusal at delivery.
    However, in RTO cases, we may refund the product value (excluding shipping/delivery charges) -if you contact us first.

Refund Method & Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed via bank transfer

  • We may request you to share your passbook copy or bank details for verification

  • Processing may take 5–10 working days after approval

Proof and security

Every order is packed after video recording and tamper-proof sealing in a Goldrush Jewels box. This ensures transparency and protects both you and us from false claims.
