2. OUR PRODUCTS

Goldrush Jewels primarily offers gold-plated jewellery, where we use pure, 24k Gold for layering. These are not solid gold products, and are crafted for affordability and aesthetic appeal.

While we aim to represent our products as accurately as possible, images, colors, and textures may appear differently on different screens or lighting conditions.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All our products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without prior notice, and we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions.
We accept only prepaid orders at this time. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. BUYBACK POLICY

We may offer a flat 50% buyback value on eligible items, under the following conditions:

• The item must be in undamaged and unbroken condition.

• You must contact us directly before sending anything back.

• Buyback acceptance is not guaranteed and may vary depending on the item’s condition and other factors.

5. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REPAIRS

• We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

• In rare or exceptional cases, we may offer repair services, depending on the condition and feasibility. You must contact us first to check eligibility.

• Custom or made-to-order items may have different terms, which will be discussed individually.

6. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time — including limiting orders placed under the same name, phone number, email, or shipping address.

7. USER FEEDBACK & CONTENT

Any suggestions, reviews, or feedback submitted to us (via email, messages, or website) may be used for promotional or operational purposes.
We are not obliged to keep your submissions confidential or to compensate you for them.

8. ERRORS & OMISSIONS

We do our best to keep product descriptions and pricing accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to cancel orders where incorrect information has been displayed.
