What kind of jewellery do you sell?
We offer high-quality 24k gold-layered jewellery designed to look and feel like real gold, without the hefty price tag. Each piece is crafted with care, making it perfect for weddings, festivals, or everyday elegance.
Is your jewellery made of real gold?
Our jewellery is not solid gold, but each item is thickly plated with 24k genuine gold. This gives it the shine and durability of gold at a much more affordable price.
Is your jewellery hallmarked or certified?
No. Since our products are gold-plated and not solid gold, they are not BIS hallmarked. However, we ensure premium quality in plating, finish, and appearance.
Is the jewellery skin-friendly? Will it cause allergies?
Yes, our jewellery is generally safe for all skin types. The outermost layer -the part that comes in contact with your skin – is real gold, as each piece is carefully layered with 24k real gold. Since your skin only touches gold, it’s usually well-tolerated even by sensitive skin.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. All orders are 100% prepaid. We do not offer COD at the moment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver only within India.
Do you offer any warranty?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on buyback eligibility, provided the original invoice is available and the product is in acceptable condition. Free servicing is not included.
What is your Buyback Policy?
We offer a flat 50% buyback on the original invoice value.
You must:

Ensure the product is not broken or tampered
Contact us first before sending anything
Can I get my jewellery serviced if plating fades or stones come out?
We do not offer free servicing, but you can contact us, and we’ll let you know if repair is possible on a paid basis.
Will the gold plating fade over time?
With proper care and occasional use, the plating can last long.
To maintain shine:
Avoid perfumes, water, sweat, and chemicals
Store in a dry place inside a pouch or cloth
Use gently and occasionally, not for daily rough wear
Do I need the invoice for buyback or warranty?
Yes. The original invoice is mandatory for any buyback, warranty, or service-related claim. Without it, we cannot process your request.
What is the base metal used in your jewellery?
Our jewellery is crafted from a carefully chosen alloy base that offers durability, shine, and a smooth finish. It is then plated 24k real gold.
